Tour no. 1 – Large and small places in Copenhagen

Copenhagen is widely known for its architecture, dating from the medieval until the most modern buildings and infrastructures in the world.

On this trip we shall explore old and new places in Copenhagen. High church towers, the hippie quarters in Christiania, and new and old facades in Nyhavn. Visiting the queen and her favorite church, the flower park in the city center, and strolling through the oldest parts of old Copenhagen.

This is a great trip for street photography and for documenting sustainability and new urban life forms.

We will visit a few photo galleries and, if needed, the most specialized photodealer in Copenhagen.

On the trip you can get personal guidance on using your camera and learning how to find and capture the right picture.

The tour guide is the trained professional press photographer Ole Bo Jensen, who has more than 10 years of teaching experience.

Pick-up is from any place in the greater Copenhagen area and the teaching language is English.

Duration is approx. 6 hours.

Tour no. 2 – Danish nature trip

On this trip we will travel by car from the capital to the wonderful Danish nature and wildlife. The first stop is Dyrehaven, an ancient forest park just north of Copenhagen. Here the deer run around in the forests and plains, and give a spectacular view from a close distance. With luck and patience we can find the deer resting in the shadows and find great shots in the shade.

The next stop is a typical, deep danish forrest with both pines and leaf trees, lakes and hills. We will discover the quietness amongst the cathedral-like pines and the freshness of a typical Danish lakeside.

Now it’s time to go the north coast of Zealand and take pictures of the deep slopes, the rolling rock beach and the breathtaking view over Kattegat and, depending of the time of day, a beautiful sunset.

Tour no. 3 – Naughty, New Copenhagen

In Copenhagen many of the old neighborhoods are undergoing a development, moving from being worn down, inhabited by the poorer population with bad housing and red light district, to modern, grassroots-driven, inhabited by first-mover initiative-takers. These areas now represents the areas of the city where young people and young families live a sustainable life form with city bikes, children, city gardens and a variety of sharing economy shops and great cafes and coffee joints.

The trip is mostly on foot as we explore the good and bad sides of Vesterbro, inner and outer Nørrebro and the most original Nordvest areas.

Like most major cities undergoing a development, Copenhagen has it’s places where new times hasn’t reached out yet.

As a documentary photographer, Ole Bo Jensen, know the secrets spots, where grafitti, trash and devestation is ruling.

We will, by car, take a tour around the capital and try to get great pictures of the decay.
